Diary Link Button].The Diary does not allow you to actually book an appointment online (confidentiality issues). It lets you know when Michael is available for you to subsequently request that time either by phone on Tel: 0208 453 0426 / 0845 65 88 22 0, by email or by completing the confidential e-form which you can access at the bottom of this page or directly from the Online Diary. Often it is helpful and sometimes necessary to have a discussion / exploratory session (usually a standard session for just over an hour). This session costs currently £50 and it is sometimes useful before beginning any intervention and deeper work. This allows Dr. Millett (Michael) to understand the possible complexeties of the issue(s) and helps you too and he can suggest ways of working and intervention and give you information accordingly. For those that have scheduled appointments with Dr. Millett - he hopes you will not find it necessary to cancel your appointment. If this is unavoidable, please give 48 hours notice so that he may have the opportunity to fill the space reserved for you. Otherwise, any cancellations will be subject to normal fees. If you cannot cancel your appointment giving 48 hours notice and you are making a further appointment in place of it, you may be asked for the fee for this new appointment as well as the full cancellation charge in advance of the new appointment. Elevated Shoppe On-Line.* General appointments not requiring a deposit made for 3 weeks or more in advance must be confirmed by email or telephone within a week of the actual appointment. This does not apply to ongoing appointments by clients. Please note for security when phoning that "withheld numbers" will NOT be connected. That is UK subscribers prefixing 141 before dialling the telephone number will not get through. Please redial omitting the 141. For people interested in a `full day" with Dr. Millett and `training days`, please enquire by email or telephone for availability.
